From Vision to Reality: The Story of Integrity Temple
Every great adventure starts with a little spark — that gut feeling you just can’t ignore. For Nadine, it all started with one house. Then came another. And another.
Over the years, she’s bought and sold countless homes, pouring her heart into each one and turning them into something remarkable with a mix of hard work, creativity, and a love for making spaces both functional and beautiful. She would find homes in sought-after neighborhoods and pour all her energy, time, and resources into transforming them — not just structurally, but soulfully. Once her vision was realized, the homes sold quickly, often attracting buyers who immediately fell in love with her style.
That consistent response sparked something deeper: a sense of purpose and the confidence that she had found her niche. People didn’t just want to buy houses — they wanted the experience Nadine created. With her love of detail, craftsmanship, and an eye for stunning design, it became clear: this wasn’t just a passion anymore. This was a calling.
And from that calling, Integrity Temple was born.
Where Passion Meets Purpose
Integrity Temple isn’t just another design-build firm. It’s a creative sanctuary — a place where ideas, inspiration, and integrity meet. Nadine leads the company with the same values that guided her personal projects: intention, artistry, and respect.
She’s often inspired by her design muse, Martha Stewart. Much like Martha, Nadine sees the home as a canvas for creativity and comfort. Whether it’s the charm of a hand-picked sconce or the elegance of a thoughtfully layered color palette, the interior design aspect of every project is where Nadine’s passion truly comes to life. It’s not just about making a space look good — it’s about making it feel right.
And behind every project is a team of women who share that same devotion.
A Team Rooted in Respect
At Integrity Temple, the culture is just as intentional as the design. Nadine prioritizes mutual respect between herself and her all-women team. Weekdays are for rolling up sleeves and working diligently — but downtime is equally sacred. Everyone is encouraged to nurture their lives beyond the business, knowing that rest fuels creativity and passion.
Among Nadine’s closest collaborators is her sister Nicolette Fazio, who stepped into a leadership role after years in education and administration. The two have grown not only as partners but as people. Nicolette brings structure, warmth, and a natural sense of order to the fast-paced world of design and construction. Another member of the IT team is Nicolle Malpartida, who has worked for Nadine for two years and played a key role in the start of the company. When Nicolle was asked to describe Integrity Temple, she put it very simply — “Luxurious, timeless, and elegant. We’re going to change the game.” She calls Nadine a mentor; Nadine calls her a cornerstone of the company.
Together, they’re building more than just homes — they’re building a movement.
Women Building a New Standard
In a traditionally male-dominated industry, the Integrity Temple team finds power in their difference. Being surrounded by women striving for excellence every single day is more than empowering — it’s revolutionary.
For Nadine, design is a form of artistry — a way to show up in the world and leave something beautiful behind. That passion radiates through every blueprint, every finish, and every conversation.
Aiken: The Heart of It All
Today, Nadine is living her dream in Aiken, South Carolina — a town where her two passions, houses and horses, come together in harmony. Aiken is full of historic charm, equestrian culture, and streets like the breathtaking South Boundary Avenue — where centuries-old oak trees create a storybook canopy — Aiken is the right place to be.
Her latest project was the purchase of a luxury equestrian estate tucked in the heart of Aiken. A multi-million-dollar endeavor, it’s more than a home — it’s a reflection of everything Nadine has worked for. She believes that Aiken is “poised for a big renaissance,” and she’s eager to be part of its story.
In the future, she envisions opening a storefront in Aiken and working out of a space that will spark inspiration, collaboration, and community. Having a studio would allow Integrity Temple to further expand their company, bringing on in-house architects and other skilled craftsmen.
Integrity, Inspired
At its core, Integrity Temple is about more than homes. It’s about vision. It's about women supporting women. It's about honoring creativity, collaboration, and craft. And most of all, it’s about designing a life — and a legacy.
Because for Nadine, the foundation of every dream home starts with integrity. And that’s exactly what she’s building.

Inside the Build: Nadine & Integrity Temple’s Biggest Backyard Renovation Yet
Nadine and her company, Integrity Temple, are currently in the middle of their biggest renovation project to date—and this one is all about horses. The focus? A complete transformation of the backyard on a luxury property, turning it into a highly functional, well-designed equestrian space.
This isn’t just a backyard refresh, this is the largest excavating and site renovation Nadine has ever taken on, and it comes with some unique challenges. The property itself offers a natural division with its upper and lower topography, which gives the area both privacy and space to create something truly impressive. These features inspired Nadine’s vision to develop the lower area into a full-scale equestrian haven.
Building a Full Equestrian Setup
The backyard is being transformed into what we would call an Equestrians Paradise, suitable for riders, trainers, and horse lovers alike.
The backyard will feature three new riding arenas designed and built by CB Arenas. The arenas are tailored for year-round use and different training styles:
A 120x220 all-weather arena, suitable for use 365 days a year
A 70-foot round pen for groundwork and training
A 120x220 grass arena, ideal for jumping and dressage
Alongside the new arenas you will also find:
New pastures for grazing and turnout
Three new run-ins for shelter
A new tractor barn
A brand-new main barn
This property isn’t just being built for beauty. It’s being designed so that “anyone who came here to ride or spend time on the property could easily function—whether it’s walking, riding, or training their horses.” In Nadine’s own words, “This property just works for equestrians.”
Keeping the Grounds Dry
One of the biggest challenges this property faced before renovations was poor drainage and water runoff. That can be a big issue on a horse property, especially when you’re dealing with heavy rain and high-traffic areas like pastures and arenas.
To solve this, Nadine brought in civil engineers and landscape architects to come up with a long-term solution. They ran hydraulic calculations and came up with a new drainage system that will keep the land usable and safe for both horses and people for years to come.
A Barn That’s Built for Comfort and Care
The property’s original stable is also getting a major upgrade. Nadine is focused on making it more comfortable, efficient, and horse-friendly. Some of the main updates include:
New insulation for better temperature control and energy efficiency
Updated stall fronts and a freshinterior color palette
Plans to install automatic waterers and new lighting
New footing and interlocking mats inside for horse comfort
Individual run-ins for each of the four stalls
The run-ins will let each horse move freely between indoor, covered outdoor, and open outdoor areas—giving them more control over their environment, which is great for both their physical and mental well-being.
Preserving What Matters
One of the standout features of this property is a large live oak tree located just behind the all-weather arena. It’s estimated to be 80 to 100 years old, and during land clearing, Nadine made sure it stayed untouched. In the South, live oaks symbolize strength and longevity, and keeping it was a priority—not just for its beauty, but for its history.
Final Thoughts
Nadine’s goal for this property is simple: make it beautiful, practical, and easy to use for anyone who comes here—whether they’re walking, riding, or training. Everything from the layout to the features is being planned with equestrian life in mind. We can’t wait to see it all come together.
Stay tuned for more updates as Nadine and Integrity Temple continue to bring this vision to life.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for design, home renovations, and creating beautiful spaces. There’s something about transforming a house into a home that resonates with me—whether it’s finding the perfect details or reviving a property with thoughtful renovations. Over the years, I have renovated and sold many homes, and the idea of starting my own design and build company was always quietly simmering in the back of my mind.
When the opportunity came to purchase a stunning 12-acre equestrian property in Aiken, South Carolina, I knew it was the moment to take the leap. The land represented more than just a personal project—it was a chance to build something meaningful and pursue my lifelong dream of creating a company dedicated to design excellence. With that, Integrity Temple was born.
I knew I needed a strong team to bring this vision to life, and I didn’t have to look far to find the right people. My sister, Nicole Fazio, came on board as our Finance and Administrative Director, bringing her expertise in operations, payroll, and business structure. Her organizational skills have given Integrity Temple the backbone it needs to grow. For Project Management and Creative Execution, I brought in Nicolle Malpartida, who shares my passion for design and brings exceptional leadership to the table. Together, we’re building something that is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of our values and aspirations.
At Integrity Temple, our mission is simple: to take the reins of Aiken’s design landscape and become a world-class leader in build and design. Every project we take on is an opportunity to elevate the standards of craftsmanship, innovation, and creativity. We believe in designing spaces that don’t just look beautiful but also inspire those who live in them.
This company is the culmination of years of experience, passion, and teamwork. It’s a personal journey that began with a love for homes and has grown into a commitment to excellence in every project we undertake. I couldn’t be more excited about the road ahead—leading Integrity Temple to new heights in design and construction.
If you’re here, you’re part of our story too. Welcome to Integrity Temple. Let’s build something extraordinary together.

Over a year and a half ago, I looked inward and made a pivotal decision: I wanted to transition from an unfulfilling job to pursuing something more aligned with my future goals. What began as a simple thought one morning set off a remarkable chain of events. That same day, I took a new route on my daily walk, which led me to an unexpected conversation with a neighbor. Without knowing about my career shift, the neighbor suggested I explore dog sitting, as there was a growing need for it in the area.
Inspired by that conversation, I created flyers and social media posts to promote my new service. A turning point came when through a mutual connection, I was introduced to my current boss, Nadine Dorrington. Unbeknownst to me, this introduction would be the beginning of something remarkable.
I initially joined the Dorrington family to assist them with caring for their animals, running errands and managing emails. That soon transformed into something much greater. I became Nadine’s personal assistant, fully integrated into the family’s life and responsibilities.
Today, I am proud to say that Nadine, myself, and a team of collaborators have launched Integrity Temple LLC, a luxury build and design company where I now serve as the Project Manager and Creative Executive. For the past several months, Nadine myself and Nicolette Fazio have combined our visions and aspirations to develop and create the future of the company. Currently, we are in the process of renovating and curating a stunning equestrian property in Aiken, South Carolina, with the aim of becoming leaders in the luxury build and design world.
The experiences and knowledge I’ve gained over these two years have exceeded anything I could have imagined. I am incredibly proud of my journey thus far and so excited about what lies ahead, both for myself and for Integrity Temple. I feel fortunate everyday to do work I love, and there are moments when I have to pinch myself to believe it’s all real.
To everyone who has supported me along the way—thank you. Your guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping my future.
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” - Steve Jobs

After a fulfilling 26-year career as a teacher, where I had the privilege of working with students from kindergarten through 8th grade, I decided to retire. Soon after, I was given the opportunity to support my sister in launching her new business, Integrity Temple. What began as a few small tasks evolved into handling payroll, taxes, and now being an integral part of a dedicated team alongside Nadine and Nicolle.
Although this new venture is a significant change from anything I've ever done, I have found great enjoyment in my new career. My experience as a teacher—developing skills like organization, communication, and adaptability—has been invaluable in navigating the challenges of our growing business. Working alongside my sister and being part of a team dedicated to building Integrity Temple has been both rewarding and exciting, and I’m thrilled to be on this journey.
